This project involved the strategic development of a twelve-unit residential complex designed to maximize rental yield and land utility. The structure features an optimized layout consisting of:
- Eight Mini-Flats on the ground floor and,
- Four Expansive Two-Bedroom apartments on the upper floor
Our Mandate
Humtad Atelier was tasked with delivering a high-occupancy building that did not sacrifice livability for density. Key responsibilities included:
- Strategic Space Planning: Designing a layout that accommodates 12 distinct households comfortably on a single plot.
- Structural Durability: Implementing robust engineering standards to ensure long-term value and low maintenance for the property owner.
- Traffic Management: Designing entry and exit points to allow seamless movement for multiple tenants.
- Project Management: Delivering a multi-unit build within a defined timeline and budget.
The Result
Completed in 2016, this development serves as a blueprint for efficient urban housing. Humtad Atelier successfully transformed a standard plot into a high-functioning residential hub, proving that high-density living can be both aesthetic and comfortable.
