Humtad Atelier engineered a sophisticated hybrid residence that maximizes land value through a strategic dual-purpose layout. We executed a design that harmonizes high-yield rental units on the ground floor with an expansive, premium three-bedroom residence on the upper level. By prioritizing both structural integrity and contemporary aesthetics, we transformed a single residential plot into a versatile asset that serves as both a private sanctuary and a reliable revenue stream.
